I Am Woman
Being a woman in this day and age can be a challenging thing…
Our culture is more than happy to tell us who we should be as a woman, and unconsciously, we often impose its criteria on ourselves. It’s important to examine the assumptions running rampant in our brains and decide which ones are based in truth, and which are illusions. We came into this world as unique, flawed and beautifully complex women. With a little excavation through the dense layers of sediment in which our culture and own minds have covered us, we may discover the real woman who inhabits our souls: a woman of immense value.
At this retreat, we’ll examine how our cultures and our families have defined being a woman. And in doing so, we may discover that the woman we truly are far exceeds even our own expectations.
